In brief: No/yes
Autistic kids have major behavioral problems.
But this is very different from conduct disorder. Autistic kids react according to their perception of the environment. They don't comprehend what others do. That isn't a conduct problem it's a comprehension problem. Treaments are available to help these symptoms.

autistic teens often develop a pattern of violating the rights of others because of the impaired empathy characteristic of ASD. Active teaching a guidance is necessary to prevent the development of CD

In brief: Not Often
As already noted children with autistic disorder may have a variety of severe behavioral difficulties, but it is not common for them to have problems that would result in a diagnosis of conduct disorder.

I published a book on kindle that i think will really help you.
It is called: parenting the kids according to a child psychiatrist. It is only $5.95 and i think it will help you a lot, to get your child to behave much better right away. Good luck to you.

In brief: A teen with AD may
Break the rules of society because he thinks if he wants to do something, every one else knows it & feels the way he feels about it.
This is called lack of theory of mind. Not understanding that others think & feel differently isn't the same as understanding the rules & breaking them on purpose. He needs autism-specific behavioral & social skills therapy, & no access to weapons.
