Although not well studied for incidence of seizures, all psychoactive drugs especially used in recreation decrease seizure threshold and predispose one to seizures.
Mushrooms have psylocibin which converts to psylocin which is active ingredient. Some stidies show positive effects of mushrooms on welbeing, there are a lot more studies negating that fact too. Moral of the story keep away from them.
