One interesting finding is that in families with a heavy occurrence of Tourette's Disorder is that males often are more likely to have Tourette's and females often have OCD. ADHD is quite common with Tourette's.

In brief: Yes

Studies have demonstrated that 50% of those with tourette syndrome also have OCD and 10% of those with OCD also have tourette syndrome.
Tourette syndrome has to do with recurrent sounds and movements (vocal and motor tics) and OCD has to do with recurrent thoughts and behaviors (obsessions and compulsions). This is considered a "spectrum disorder" often with family members variously affected.
