Are there any natural remedies for ABO incompatibility?

In brief: No

Abo problems in newborns are generally mild & allowed to play out.
The bilirubin created can have a toxic effect on babies brain if allowed to go to high levels, so treatments are enlisted to get the level down, including an exchange transfusion in very rare cases. Monitoring for anemia later on is done. I remember transfusing only one baby in 3 decades for this issue.

In brief: No

Abo incompatibility means that two individuals have blood types that are not compatible, and that one's blood has antibodies that can react with the other's blood, leading to destruction of blood cells.
There is no remedy, natural or synthetic, to this condition. However, one's antibodies can be temporarily blocked from attacking the another's by giving large doses of gammaglobulin.
