In brief: Not sure

I haven't heard of magnetic field therapy helping cancer patients with their pain but it may help with some arthrtis pain symptoms in others, but most accounts of this are anecdotal unfortunately.

In brief: Magnetic Therapy

We are not aware of any published clinical studies involving magnets as an anticancer treatment and know of only one study specifically involving a patient with a certain form of brain cancer.
The remarkable improvement of this patient suggests that magnetic therapy may be a valuable option for anaplastic astrocytoma, especially in recurrent and rapidly progressing tumors.
