In brief: Depends

So many women have this fear and it is almost always unfounded.
You will be amazed at what you can do in the moment of birth! however, maternal exhaustion sometimes prevents effective pushing. If the baby is low enough your doc will likely be able to assist with a vacuum or forceps.

In brief: Pushing and Labor

The baby will be allowed to labor down and if that doesn't happen, there will be a c section.
