Many people have a below average blood pressure and are just fine.
In fact those with a low blood pressure tend to live longer. However, if it is very low or if you have symptoms from it being low, the treatment depends on the reason. It could be related to infection, bleeding, or dehydration for instance. The treatment of these would be different.

The bedrock is to drink plenty of fluid and a liberal salt diet.
The absolute BP number is unimportant, only symptoms. If you're dizzy or passing out with low BP and the above doesn't help, there are medications that can be used.
