In brief: Healthy Lifestyle

Recent epidemiologic studies have shown that if you don't smoke (0 cigarettes), eat 5 servings of fruits and vegetables a day, relax for 10 minutes a day, keep your bmi at 30 or less, and get 150 minutes of exercise a week (the formula for health is 0-5-10-30-150), then you will reduce heart disease by 80%, diabetes by 90%, stroke by 70%, cancer by at least 40%, and your risk of dying by 40-60%.
