How can someone get a heart disease?

Many ways. Some heart diseases are aquired through age and time. Others via infection. Others from self abuse such as not taking medications for blood pressures. Smoking, drinking and drugs can contribute as well.
Fate or not - What we know is that heart disease is also genetically predetermined -- so without proper diet and regular exercise, the disease will manifest all the more readily -- and there are other causes such as congenital heart disease and cardiomyopathy.
