When in the heart it can cause chest pain, heat attack, congestive heart failure, arrhythmias and death. When in the brain it can cause stroke, passing out, multi infarct dementia. When i the kidnesy arteries it can cuase difficult hypertension and kidney failure. When in the legs, it can cause weakness, claudication, ulcers and delayed wound healing and or gangrene.
