Minimize the Drivers. Keep/drive low density lipoprotein (fat carrying protein) particle concentrations to very low values while also keeping/driving, functional large high density lipoprotein particle concentrations to high levels, keep blood glucose low (hba1c ~5.0 optimal), keeping resting BP low normal, minimize processed sugar intake, minimize excess body fat, stay physically active, face & handle stresses, etc.
