If I am regularly anemic, would it be healthy for me to fly?

In brief: Depends on severity

Anemia means you do not have the usual number of red blood cells.
If you are in an airplane, where the oxygen in the cabin air is below normal, just like when you are up on a mountain top, your body will feel like it is not getting enough oxygen, possibly feel short of breath. With mild anemia you will not have symptoms, but when you are the equivalent of 2-3 pints low you will feel weak.
