In brief: Ginger
Ginger capsules, 1-3 pre trip, are worth a try for both nausea and motion sickness.

In brief: First ...
First get checked by your primary care physician to make sure that you don't have a medical problem making you susceptible to air motion sickness.
If okay: 1. Don't eat a big meal before flying, 2. Don't think about how you might be affected by air sickness, 3. Consider dramamine (dimenhydrinate) or scopolamine under care of your physician. However, consider that drugs may not work in difficult flight conditions.
