Red, slightly swollen patch around eye with mild weeping. Eye itself feels and works perfectly fine. Skin inflammation around one eye, mild but constant weeping and flaking. Eye itself feels fine and is working normally. Have noticed same small patch now

As already pointed out, you need prescription medication and should see your physician. In the meantime, do not apply any cosmetics to the area and wash it only with a mild soap such as unscented dove or vanicream bar.
