I am trying to get pregnant. I had two periods last month--one at the beginning and another at the end. Does the second one count for my period the next month?

In brief: Counting your period
Great question! a lot of women (and doctors!) get confused about this one.
You should count the first day of full flow as day 1 of your cycle. The time from day 1 to the next day 1 should be 25 to 35 days. If your cycle is shorter or longer, please see your gyn or a reproductive endocrinologist for an evaluation. You may have a gyn or hormonal problem.
