In brief: Short

Short of being stranded on a deserted island without hope of rescue (see tom hanks) i would not recommend attempting to extract your tooth.
The risk of damage to adjacent structures such as nerves or the sinuses, inability to recover all the tooth fragments leading to continued pain and potential for infection, and risk of fracture of the jaw are all reasons to seek professional care. Under the best circumstances and with the proper equipment, the extraction of teeth is a challenging surgery best left to trained professionals such as your general dentist or board certified oral and maxillofacial surgeon.

In brief: You

You are taking a great risk by doing this.
Even if it appears to be an easy "pull" you need to make certain that it is completely removed, that the remaining tissues are healthy and that you are given appropriate medication if infection is a risk. Don't do it!
