In brief: Mostly no

Medicaid does cover orthodontics in some states in our country.
Therefore, ask your orthodontist. Medicaid also administers payment to providers for exception patients with craniofacial deformities such as oral clefts, etc. And even in rare cases of extremes of "normal". Eligibility is attained by attending by referral an oral cleft craniofacial anomaly team.

Some states cover craniofacial defects through Children's medical services or other such programs. Title 9 can cover some problems as well. Just with your state dental board.

In addition to what dr fowler has written, you will need to find a dentist in your area that participates in that program. No all offices do so.
Contact social services for guidance.

In brief: Ask them

Never heard of them and we take most insurance.
But ask them directly as every policy if different.

In brief: Ask

You have to ask the insurance provider to see if coverage is offered.
Orthodontic treatment, except in extreme cranio-facial anomaly cases, is usually not covered. Talk to the Orthodontic Specialist about payment plans.
