What works better: exercising every day or dieting?

Exercise. The word diet create to most of patient stress and sacrifice ideation , i prefer to use "eat adecuate healthy food " and focus in exercise at least 5 days a week , alternate the type of activity, includes cardiovascular & strenghtening. Should start exercising 10 minutes daily and adding 5 minutes each week if tolerates. Exercising time could be divide during day.
Exercise vs. Diet. Both are important. People often underestimate the importance of diet in weight loss. However, exercise is also very important to heart health and overall well being.
