What should a women's fitness program cover?

It Depends on Goals. Specific goals drive specific answers to this question. Some women want aerobic fitness, muscle tone, stamina and core strength, men may emphasize other measures of fitness. Your own, highly personal goals should dictate the program you choose. But, they should include cardiovascular strength, resistance training, clean nutrition spaced out evenly throughout the day, and adequate rest and recovery.
Exercise. In addition to exercise, a women's fitness program should cover a healthy diet, relaxation techniques to relieve stress, and encourage prventive care.
