Certainly . Certainly muscle pain can cause abdominal pain. This can result in severe spasms. Gallbladder sludge can cause abdominal pain. Other bowel issues, such as inflammation, infection, or even constipation can be a cause. If your pain is persistent, or you have fever, vomiting, or inability to eat, then you will have to notify your pcp (or the covering partner) again.
