It is also common problem in women who are pregnant, on oral contraceptives, diabetic and hypothyroid. Treatment of underlying medical conditions(if any), avoidance of repetitive wrist use, occupational therapy, oral antiinflammatories, use of splint during day and night for 3-4 weeks.
