In brief: Do following;-

Urinate after sex, hower rather than bathe, avoid bubble-bath, don't withhold urination, spread thighs widely with urination to avoid urine trapped behind labia - might require manual separation of labia if they are chunky, avoid thong or non-cotton underwear, avoid constipation.
May require urinary antibiotic at night after sex. ? Require hormone replacement therapy if post-menopausal. Good luck.

If you have urinary urgency, frequency, maybe burning when you urinate, you need to have a urine culture done by your doctor to ascertain whether you have a bladder infection or not.
If you do you have bladder infections you probably need to be treated with daily antibiotics for suppression for at least 3 months contact your doctor.
