The sponge is a good option for a non-hormonal/barrier form of contraception.
It is about 90% effective...If used correctly! easy to use. Single use only (~$3.00 each). Comfortable for you & your partner. Comes with the spermicide embedded in the sponge so less "messy". Can be placed up to 24 hours prior & must be left in place for at least 6 hours after last vaginal intercourse. Diaphragm?
