Can you tell me the signs of anemia?

Several. Some patients will be asymptomatic. Others have any of the following: lightheadedness, dizziness, muscle weakness, fatigue, fast heart rate, run out of breath and tire quickly with exercise. If you have any suspicions of anemia, you should be evaluated by your doctor.
Varied... Symptoms common to many types of anemia (low hemoglobin) include the following: easy fatigue and loss of energy, rapid heart beat (particularly with exercise), shortness of breath, headache, difficulty concentrating, dizziness, pale skin, leg cramps, and insomnia.
