In brief: Yes
13% of lung cancer is not caused by smoking.
There is a rising incidence of lung cancer in never smokers (<100 lifetime cigarettes) in the United States. This may be due to genetic factors and/or environmental factors. In regards to second hand smoke, there are 3000 lung cancer deaths per year due to second hand smoke.
