In brief: First:

First: rest assured that the idea that computers can harm your hands is overstated and likely a myth.
The symptoms are nonspecific and it's not clear what you mean by "crack". There are some common finger conditions that your primary care doctor or a hand surgeon could check you for, and the vast, vast majority are benign. Remember, pain makes us prepare for the worst because it was an evolutionary advantage to have such a "pain alarm", but just like the smoke alarm in the kitchen, most pain alarms are false alarms. You're going to be able to rely on your hands!

In brief: Cracking

Cracking can be another word fr popping and clicking that can mean a type of tendonitis called a trigger finger.
Osteoarthritis is unlikley. There are some ties of inflammatory arthritis that have a onset in the late 20s to early 30s especially in women and the middle and index finger knuckles are a common site but don't go down that road or worry about inflammatory arthritis uness you ar having other joint issues. Finally typing does not cause these problems. If you have a problem and type a lot thenits obvious that you will experience this problem when you type. If your job was to sit and watch tv and you had a majority of the day with symptoms you wouldn't blame it in the tv. We tend to over blame our occupations for thinghs that just occur. Other things may be a low grade infection. An atypical infection from a rose thorn or a fish hook puncture that causes low grade but persistent joint swelling still number one guess is a trigger finger, see a hand surgeon.
