What should I do when my primary care facility has dismissed me for policy issues and i'm out of my heart and pain medications? I had a heart attack in 2008. I've had 5 stents put in.

In brief: When

When dismissed from a medical facility, you usually have a specific time period where you are still under their care, but have been told to find a new doctor (usually 30 days, but sometimes longer).
You can still receive your care from them during this time period. If this time has expired, then you should contact your cardiologist to discuss your medications. Good luck!
