Will I have to stay in the hospital for Asian eyelid surgery? I'm going to ask for general anesthesia if i decide to get Asian eyelid surgery. Would that mean i'd have to stay in the hospital? .

In brief: Probably not

Unless you have other medical conditions which would require you to be monitored for a longer period of time, this should be an outpatient procedure.

In brief: Probably not

Most likely this will be done as an outpatient procedure.
The only thing that will keep you in after the operation will be if you have uncontrollable pain or nausea and vomiting.
