I have severe pain in upper abdominal/rib cage area. Eating causes pain, heart burn, diahrea. Drinking liquids is ok. Have tried mylanta, zantac, (ranitidine) rolaids, tums, pepto...Nothing helps

In the mean time, eat smaller meals, avoid greasy and spicy foods, ensure that you are getting at least 8 - 8 ounce glasses of water per day. If you have severe abdominal pain with fever that isn't remitting - please get seen asap.
