Can you supplement with creatine while taking concerta for adhd? I have been taking concerta for ADHD and have been considering supplementing with creatine for weightlifting. Would that be okay?

In brief: Yes

Creatine will not impair your adhd or interact adversely with concerta.
Be sure the supplement is only creatine, you follow label directions, stay well hydrated and report any adverse events to your doctor.

In brief: No,

No, that would be very dangerous.
The combination could raise your creatinine levels and cause rhabdomyolysis (breakdown of muscle), which can result in abnormal heart rhythms and renal failure. Please call your physician, or even poison center, to discuss taking any medications with supplements. Poison center is a free service and is very hepful.
