In brief: Hello.

Hello. It is normal to have yellow tissue where the tonsils once were.
This scab normally will fall off in a week or two. Florescent? I don't know about that.

In brief: Yes,

Yes, it is normal to see a pale, yellow exudate at the site of where the tonsils were removed.
This is part of the healing process and may be present for up to two weeks.
