There is no way to reverse the erectile dysfunction that results from radiation following however medications such as viagra/levitra/cialis can help.
If these medications do not help then there are other options as well (injections, pumps). It is important to have these discussions with you radiation oncologist and or urologist.

Fortunately this is less likely than in prostatectomy which can sever the nerves and harder to treat.
With radiation the nerves may weaken but there is still partial function, so pills like viagra (sildenafil) and others are more likely to work. Often a small injection of the same drug into the penis (its not that bad) works best. Lastly there is surgical implants that will definitely give an erection.
