In brief: Having

Having had a hysterectomy does not definitively protect against gynecologic problems.
For example, it is possible to have cervical cancer even if the uterus has been removed. Infectious problems can also lead to vaginal bleeding, as can irritation that develops with atrophy following menopause. The only way to sort out what's going on is to visit your gynecologist and have a thorough evaluation.
