In brief: CoolSculpting timing

CoolSculpting is a machine that draws fat into a suction cup and then cools the tissue.
The cooling freezes the fat. The fat cells die. Improvement in contour is usually seen 8-12 weeks later. Best to see a board certified plastic surgeon to see your individual situation.

In brief: 3 months

Results are seen in about 3 months.
However the thighs are not generally very responsive to coolsculpting. You might be a better candidate for smart lipo or Cellulose depending on the location and type of the "bumpy fat.".

In brief: Couple months

Now is the time! typically full results are seen within a couple months following a treatment.
Try to do it soon if you ate going to and have fun at your reunion.

In brief: Not for thighs

It's hard to get the coolsculpting applicator head to fit the outer thigh area.
So, it won't give a good result there.
