In brief: Yes
The fluid that comes from the prostate is part of what makes up semen.
When these cells are killed the amount of semen is much less to just a few drops which is now more from the sperm and seminal vesicles.

In brief: Partially
Most of the fluid when a man ejaculates comes from the prostate and only about 5% is actually sperm.
Radiation of the prostate kills the cancer cells and also normal prostate glandular cells which cause the amount of fluid the prostate produces to be reduced to almost zero.

Radiation Oncology
In brief: It varies widely
You have to ask these questions for years to know.
Commonly volume of ejaculate decreases. The secretion can diminish to almost zero in some, and is a complaint of some of my 10 year survivors (obvioulsy no ED here). However, some say the ejaculate changes and becomes more watery, less visocous. Only anecdotes here. No one has studied this.
