Depends a bit on location and how widespread your psoriasis is.
Topical options include steroid creams, vit d derivatives (dovonex and vectical), salicylic acid and coal tar preparations. Sometimes i inject a diluted steroid into specific lesions with good results. There are some biologic therapies such as enbrel, humira, and stelara (ustekinumab) that work well for widespread cases (check out the link below for more information). I hope that helps.
