In brief: You

You have what is called peyronie's disease.
It should be treated if it interferes with sexual activity. It should be treated by a urologist who is familair with treatment of this condition and has a lot of experience. Treatment ranges form pills to local injection or surgery. A new treatment with ultrasound is also being tried by some investigators and you should look in to it. You can get information on internet.

In brief: You

You might be describing peyronie's disease, which is a scar in the penis which leads to an often painful curve when erect.
Check out the references below for more information. Go see your family physician or urologist for diagnosis. Due to the relative rarity of this condition, i would suggest seeking specialized care (at an academic medical center) as not everyone is an expert in this. Be leery of anyone (or website) who promises to have the world's cure as no such thing currently exists. Good luck!
