In brief: Very unlikely

A delusion is a fixed false belief.
Thinking that you are sick when medical personnel cannot find a problem is not rare. It is often related to fear of catastrophic disease or misinterpreting normal bodily sensations. Psychosomatic illness is the category. That being said, one can be delusional that one is sick when they are not. See a primary care provider and a psychiatrist for evaluation

In brief: No

Worrying excessively about whether you are sick or not is a symptom of an anxiety disorder called hypochondriasis.
If you truly believe you have an illness despite proof by doctors that you do not does raise concerns that you may have a delusion, but that is still not necessarily from schizophrenia.
