Tanning beds will increase your risk for skin cancer.

Seasonal affective disorder is one type of mood disorder ( depression) and can be treated by an expert such as a psychiatrist. Speak to your doctor, your local mental health clinic or your insurance company for a referral. Good Luck

In brief: No
Seasonal affective disorder responds to bright light in the visible range, not uv light.
So, tanning beds will not help relieve depression, and they increase the risk of skin cancer.
