I have tried almost every allergy medicine that is OTC and nothing seems to help. What can I do? No insurance. My nose runs all the time and my eyes tear when i lay down. Sinuses are blocked most of the time. I have had this for almost six weeks now.

In brief: Free clinic maybe?

When otc medications do not work, it's time to see and be evaluated by a doctor. If you don't have insurance, you might try to call and see if there are any free clinics closed by.
A county hospital clinic is also a choice.
