In brief: If

If your friend has performed oral sex on other men who had chlamydia (and she very well could have, since she is apparently infected with chlamydia) she could transmit chlamydia to you during oral sex.
Now, if your friend has been treated for chlamydia since she was diagnosed, and if she has not had any other sexual encounters since she was treated, she should no longer have chlamydia, and you're not at risk for infection with chlamydia during oral sex. Wearing a condom during oral, vaginal, and anal sex should be a standard practice.

In brief: Stay

Stay away from her. How do you know that is all she has? She already has known std and want to give you oral sex.
. She could have herpes and you wouldn't even know.
