What is wrong with this bug bite? I have a bug bite on my left forearm. I've had it for 3 days it is swollen and i feel less circulation getting to my fingers

You can try to decrease the inflammation by using cool compresses on the affected area, as well as taking advil (ibuprofen) or motrin.
