What would be the possible growth I could achieve when taking growth hormones at age 17?

In brief: Likely None

Unless you have had years of growth failure/delayed puberty from gh deficiency and unless growth plates are still open because of this, chances to have significant growth by taking gh amount to zero.
Taking it without a prescription from an endocrinologist is dangerous.

In brief: It Depends

A pediatric endocrinologist would have to determine if you have any growth potential left and if you meet criteria to use growth hormone.
Most 17 year-old boys without pubertal delay have almost no growth potential left.

In brief: Depends on bone age

It is difficult to determine what iwll be your final height without more history.
But usually there is not much left to grow at that age.

In brief: Depends on bone age

The potential additional length anyone can expect depends on areas in the long bones (arms, legs, fingers)called growth plates.
This is where growth occurs and an active open growth plate means more growth is possible. An xray of the hands & wrists can be evaluated for bone maturity since there are many to see. If your bone maturity is average for a 17yo you are done growing taller, 15 not much.
