In brief: Endometriosis

Adhesions causing partial obstruction or endometriosis can cause similar sxs.
If persists, then recommend ct abdomen/pelvis and a gyn-directed pelvic examination.

In brief: Several

Several possibilities come to mind.
The bladder normally sits on the uterus and may now have moved. The other concern is if there was endometriosis since you had to have an ovary removed so soon after the hysterectomy. This could certainly be a cause of ongoing bowel/abdominal/pelvic pain. Also, after surgery sometimes adhesions, or scar tissue can form that can put tension on pelvic organs.
