I'm 44 and had period 2 weeks ago. Now I have it again since last friday. Normally my period last 4 days. This is 7 days so far. Whats wrong?

This is sometimes caused by a cyst, particularly if your periods are regular as a rule. There are other causes of mid cycle bleeding like fibroids, polyps and tumors. If it persists you should have it evaluated with an exam and possibly ultrasound.
