Chest pains on left side in middle by breast, hurt under my right rib cage, have diarrhes, chills and sweats have been diagnosed a few years ago with acid reflux but this pain is different

ER . Go to er to rule out cardiac origin or get treatment.
Chest . Chest pain regardless of the cause warrants a medical evaluation. The diarrhea, chills, and sweats points more to an infectious process (i.e. Stomach flu). However chest pain can be from acid reflux, musculoskeletal pain, or more seriously a cardiac cause. If your symptoms are still present please seek medical attention right away.

Diagnosed with acid reflux due to stress. I am on 0mez 20 and bavispaz. I get burning between my breasts and chest pain in left upper abdomin. Normal?

Dose? Try the omez twice a day for a few weeks - reduce it to once a day after you've been better for a while. Your symptoms certainly sound like acid reflux. Don't eat or drink anything for 3 hours before going to bed (even water). Elevate the head of your bed on a couple of bricks (not with pillows). Avoid nicotine, caffeine, and alcohol (if not forever, at least till you're better). Good luck. Read more...

I have chest pains under my left breast/rib cage its a stabbing shooting pain its like spasm it really intense hurt when I breath in deeply im 18?

Not heart. This may be muscular or pleurisy. It can really hurt but may be more of a type of inflammation from overexercise or viral illness that is coming on and causes the chest cavity to have pain. If the pain is below the chest cavity it may be all muscular. See the doc but would take antiinflammatories in the meantime. Read more...
