My daughter is 20 weeks along and puking and now has diarrhea tummy is doubling over and can not keep anything down what should we do I have her sipping water and eating crackers to try and help

This . This sounds like a case of gastroenteritis (stomach flu). The most worrisome scenario in a case like this, for your daughter and her unborn child is dehydration. Immediate evaluation by her doctor is in order since dehydration can trigger pre-term labor. She may need IV hydration and further work up for other causes of her symptoms (i.E appendicitis, intestinal infection etc.). I hope she is better by now.
