In brief: No

Only selenium has been shown to improve graves' orbitopathy (eye involvement) as shown in a recent recent.
In order to lower thyroid hormone levels, only antithyroid medications (such as Methimazole and ptu (propylthiouracil)) can effective in achieving such goal. There is now a black warning for the use of ptu (propylthiouracil) (can cause liver damage) so most pediatric endcorinologist will now prescribe methimazole.

In brief: NOT KNOWN

Grave's disease is the result of inappropriate immune response reacting with the thyroid gland and making it secrete thyroid hormone, and increase the fat tissue surrounding the eye orbits.
There are no known natural remedies that have been shown to decrease or abate this specific immune response. When using natural remedies, risk/cost and benefits (potential or proven) should be balanced.

In brief: No

In a sense the actual treatment is a natural treatment, giving the thyroid hormone molecule that the child's thyroid no longer makes, but is safer as it is just the molecule in question and not other extracted molecules from some dead person or animal's thyroid.
