In brief: Very few eggs

After age 43 you ovarian reserve (how many eggs are left) is very, very low and the chances for conception are really poor. You are also at risk for a baby with chromosomal abnormalities.
Next year may not work for you at all. If you really want to know ask you ob/gyn to order an amh level which is a hormone that measures you ovarian reserve. If it is <0.5 you chances to have a baby are very low.
