In brief: See below

The risks of invega/alternatives have to weighed against the benefits in a woman who is pregnant or breastfeeding.
Its a difficult decision for parents. This special section from the national institute of mental health website might help: http://www.Nimh.Nih.Gov/health/publications/mental-health-medications/which-groups-have-special-needs-when-taking-psychiatric-medications.Shtml.

In brief: Yes

We don't know a lot about this medication in pregnancy but the studies we do have don't show risk to brain development.
There is little information about problems with Invega (paliperidone) with breastfeeding but it does cross into the breast milk and we don't know for sure. In general, it is probably safer to give formula and continue your medications than to stop your medications.
